Description: The proposed ferry routes were identified in the Long Range Transit Master Plan and 2020 Regional Transportation Plan. A ferry service would provide a critical link between the North and South shores, and water taxis would ferry passengers between popular beaches and marinas during the peak summer months. Additional funding and infrastructure is needed for the cross-lake ferry to begin operating.
Description: Microtransit service area includes service provided by Lake Link, on the South Shore, and TART Connect, on the North Shore, as of October 2022. TART Connect is divided into five service area zones covering the North Shore and Lake Link has one service area zone for the South Shore. This layer will be updated on an as needed basis, as microtransit service areas change.
