The “Natural Rim” layer was created by heads-up digitizing the contour 6223' at 1:400 scale off of the World View 2 data acquired in 2015. The lake level during the acquistion of the World View 2 data (late summer 2015) was at 6222.75'. Which was determined by the USGS guage readings during that time. This feature class will be updated in the Winter of 2018 when TRPA receives new bathymetric contours generated from LiDAR. Currently this is the most accurate way of depicting the "Natural Rim" and subsequent "No Wake Zone". |
