This feature layer stores monitoring locations and plant counts from an annual Tahoe Yellow Cress survey. This survey is performed by multiple agencies in theLake Tahoe Basin and lead by the Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit. Data is managed by Nevada Division of  Natural Heritage.  Land ownership of monitoring locations is also available in this layer. Reported in the Threshold and Monitoring dashboard in Lake Tahoe info.",
